While drinking coffee has these benefits, helping the skin from inside and outside, the body can soak them. Caffeine helps to reduce dark circles and bags under the eyes and helps to increase blood circulation. This gives a younger and refined look to the skin.
Before you decide to wash your face with the rest of the coffee, let’s combine the power of caffeine with other useful ingredients for the skin.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons coffee oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon organic bee wax
  • 2 teaspoons pure jojoba oil
  • Jar
  • Small pot
Coffee oil
Like coffee, coffee oil is naturally packed with antioxidants, along with caffeine, which works together to increase the ability of the skin to heal, fasten and tighten.
Coffee helps to reduce dark circles under the eyes, while improving blood circulation, resulting in a fresh, younger look.
How to make coffee oil:
I did it using the hot infusion method. Combine 4 tablespoons of ground coffee with 8 tablespoons pure olive oil in a small bowl. Heat the mixture for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Coconut oil offers numerous benefits to the skin
including the skin around the eyes, to prevent dryness and fine lines. It contains vitamins and essential fatty acids that help promote healthy skin cells, including vitamin E and antioxidants that can treat and repair damaged skin. Its lactic acid content helps to tighten the pores, making the skin smooth and firm, while the anti-inflammatory properties of the oil help to reduce swelling and redness.
Bee wax
known mainly for the conditioning properties, beeswax also has a number of other benefits for the skin.
The beeswax produces a barrier that helps keep the moisture in the skin and also contains vitamin A, which promotes cell regeneration helps to improve hydration because it is considered a hyalurant, which means it attracts water, so when you put it on the skin, attracts water molecules, keeping the skin hydrated.
Jojoba oil
is filled with nutrients such as vitamin E, B complex, zinc, copper, chromium and selenium, which is known to strengthen the natural process of skin recovery to become elastic, without wrinkles.
Put the coffee oil in warm water. Add coconut oil and bee wax to 2 tablespoons of coffee oil. The whole mixture is melted in water. Once melted, remove it to the side and add 4-5 drops of essential oil. Essential oil is perfect in this recipe because it regenerates new skin cells that keep the skin young, healthy and energetic.
You can use essential lavender oil if you like. Pour into a wide bowl. Let it cool and solidify. It’s okay if there’s some coffee leftovers. Gently mask around your eyes before going to bed or in the morning under eye makeup to brighten your eyes.
