Pork Chops with mushrooms, coconut butter and asparagus
As you can see, proteins are fine to be consumed but you should not eat anything more than 100 grams unless you’ve had intense workout the previous day. The lunch needs to always include vegetables because they are the ingredient that are triggering fat burning during ketosis.
FOR DINNER
The dinner should always be a large salad in which you can add a little bit of chicken, fish or beef. You can also add feta cheese or Parmesan.
