Herbal Compress
This is one of the best compresses you can make for your sciatica pain. Most of the ingredients have calming and anti-inflammatory properties, thereby relieving and soothing your pain.
Ingredients
5 teaspoons of lilac flowers
5 teaspoons of St. John’s Wort flowers
5 teaspoons of rosemary leaves
3 teaspoons of walnut leaves
2 cloves of garlic
1 quart of vinegar
Preparation Method
Pour all ingredients into the vinegar.
Leave the vinegar to soak up all the ingredients and their juices for few days.
Strain the solution.
Soak a cloth with one quarter of the solution, and apply the compress on the painful area.
Repeat the process a few times each day for maximum results.

½ tablespoon of marjoram leaves
400 ml (13½ oz) apple cider vinegar
Preparation Method
Chop the marjoram and parsley.
Add the chopped leaves to the vinegar.
Heat the solution to 60oC (140oF).
Leave the solution to soak up the juices for one hour.
Apply the oil on your affected area, massaging gently.
Repeat a few times per day.

Pour all ingredients into the vinegar.
Wait few hours for the vinegar to soak up the ingredients.
Apply one-fifth of the solution to the affected area. Massage with gentle, circular movements.
Repeat as many times as you needed.
