After you have washed your skin, while it’s still wet, sprinkle a little salt on your hands and massage your arms and legs with it. This massage will help you to remove dead skin cells and improve your blood circulation.
Salt as a facial toner
If you want to get rid of oily skin, try the following trick: put some warm water in a spray bottle and add a spoonful of salt. Dissolve salt, make sure the water is not too hot, and then apply the mixture on your face, avoiding the eye area. Finally, wipe up easily with a towel.
Salt as a puffy eyes remedy
Put one tablespoon of salt in a bowl of water and mix. Soak a cotton pad in the mixture and apply on your eyes for at least 10 minutes. Make sure you don’t open your eyes, or else you risk irritating them. Finally, rinse thoroughly with cold water yourself.
