Cold Sweat

Dizziness

Jaw pain

Short Breath
This is the most important symptom of heart attack. Short breath can be noticed during long walks or running. When you notice this symptom doesn`t panic calm yourself down. Try to slow your heartbeat and your breathing. Sit for a couple of minutes if it`s so painful to ask for help or call your doctor.
